MOST INNOVATIVE NEW PRODUCT AWARD:
The University of California at Davis' CONNECT Program in Technology and Entrepreneurship awarded EMCO High Voltage Corporation the first prize trophy in the Engineering Category for its development of the Q50, the world's smallest 5000 volt power supply, occupying only one-eighth of a cubic inch.

This technology award recognizes industry's accomplishments in transitioning research into today's products and markets. Award selection was made by University of California Deans and Professors with input by local commercial technology experts.
